This forum belongs to the España Cultural Center that promotes cultural cooperation through the exchange of professional experiences and points of view.
The place has been used for various events, from congresses, book presentations and conferences to concerts, plays and films. It is, therefore, considered an ideal site for artistic expression, where many cultures converge.
The forum is located within a historic building of the eighteenth century, donated by the government of the Distrito Federal and restored by the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional, which was directly involved in the restoration of the Centro Histórico.
