José María Pino Suárez s/n, Col. Centro. 06000, Historic Center
This mural is located at the Palacio Nacional, where Diego Rivera represented a vision of the past and future of the country through three views: To the right a pre-Columbian world ruled by the legendary Quetzalcoatl is shown; to the left the revolution under the guidance of Marx is shown in search of a Utopian future; but perhaps the most important aspect is the center, where the effects of the Spanish conquest of the sixteenth century are illustrated: war, work, Christianity and education.
One of the most important and best cared for murals in all Mexico, a representation of past and present and what the future could be with a specific design.
