The building is a work of architect Manuel Parra, whose remains stay in the garden. The house was modified in different occasions until Emilio Fernández Romo’s death, who was a director, an actor and producer known as “El Indio”.
There are baptismal fonts and saints statues which were rescued from convents in Puebla as well as Talavera mosaic tiles and many objects that remind daily life and cinema life of "Indio" Fernández.
This little museum has served as scenography of more than 140 movies, thus its historic heap increases every day.
