The Asturian Center of Mexico has provided a space for good Spanish cuisine, especially from Asturias, to reach Mexican palates. The recipes are authentic, and are made from imported European ingredients. The caviar soufflé and beef tenderloin with mushrooms will surprise diners. It has a team of well-trained staff who are ready to suggest a wine or specialty dish.
It has been honored with various awards for the quality of its cuisine. Some of its most important achievements include the “Cucharón del Buen Guiso Marinero” from the “Cofradía de la Buena Mesa de la Mar de Asturias”, and the Restaurant Awards Program 2000 from Wine Spectator magazine. It has received recognition from the Mexican Restaurant Association for having active membership for 50 years, as well as the “Ambassador of Asturian cuisine in Mexico” award from the Asturias Hotel Association.
