República de Uruguay #16, Col. Centro. 06000, Historic Center
A Spanish Kitchen near Centro de la Ciudad de México. The headquarters of Uruguay Street are inspired by Castillian architecture, between recessed barrels, whitewash, masonry, glazed tile murals decorated with aranjuez, and endless photographs that testify the visit of Mexican and foreign personalities.
Since 1959, this place serves to delight diners. The dishes are from different regions of Spain, from the Basque Country to Andalusia and are generously served, as it should be. They serve loin in Segovian style, Lechal lamb baked in firewood, veal breast, Valencian paella with seafood, Asturian fabada, and much more.
