The World Trade Center Tower (WTC to the inhabitants of the capital) is the landmark skyscraper south of the downtown area. At the top is the only revolving restaurant in town, which makes a complete circle every hour; and below, one of the major business centers of the capital. Nearby, the impressive Polyforum Siqueiros, a masterpiece designed by the great Mexican artist, with extraordinary murals and interesting cultural offerings. In the vicinity are shops, cinemas, theaters, restaurants and cafes. To the south, is the huge Parque Hundido, which is an oasis of green in the intense bustle of the city.

Insurgentes is a continuous flow of people at any time. In the morning professionals working in offices arrive, then their clients, and among all of them, there are conference attendees. Throughout the day the shopping area is filled with people doing their shopping. Tourists stop to visit the magnificent Polyforum Siqueiros. Students listen to the talk about the murals. Families and lovers wander in the Parque Hundido. Football fans watch their team in the Estadio Azul.

Bulls fans will also pass through here on the way to la Monumental. At dusk, couples and friends come for dinner, to see a show or movie. The activity never stops. It is one of the most dynamic parts of the city.
