República de Guatemala #34, Col. Centro. 06010, Historic Center
This property was built in the late sixteenth century and was known as Casa de las Ajaracas, and owes its name to the ornate Moorish type plaster work of the facade which is noted for its fifteenth century Moorish influence. However, it is also known as Casa del mayorazgo Nava Chávez. There is a sculpture of the goddess Tlaltecuhtli in the house.
