Tori Tori's history begins with the arrival in Mexico City of Dr. Katsumi Kumoto in 1966, with his vast knowledge of Japanese cuisine, he began experimenting with typical dishes to transform them into sushi, rice, soups and vegetables with a contemporary twist. Among its highlighted dishes are the sushi cake niguiri, the spicy shake, the large sashimi, and the mixed yakimeshi, paired with some imported sake or other special drink.
