Plaza Insurgentes

What is inside. A pleasant, unhurried shopping centre: clothing, beauty and shoe shops and accessories on the lower level, and a floor above with restaurants, bars and cinemas. It is the kind of mall locals use rather than a destination for visitors —useful if you need a cinema, a quick meal or a phone repair while you are in the Roma or Zona Rosa.

Where it is. On Avenida Insurgentes, next to the Insurgentes roundabout, which makes it one of the easiest malls in the city to reach: Insurgentes station on metro Line 1 and the Insurgentes stop on Metrobús Line 1 both come out beside it. The Zona Rosa and the cafés of Roma Norte are within a ten-minute walk.
