The idea was born from the merger of the Dulcería Avenida and La Primavera stationary shop, established on the avenue that is now known as Lazaro Cardenas, sites where toys were sold at Christmas and Epiphany.

In 2006 this collection was opened, but on Doctor Olvera street, with the aim of showing Mexicans and foreigners the cultural richness through the historic and playful perspective of commercial and artisan games and toys. A world full of creativity, fun, and cleverness full of mexican aspects, created specially for children to know the toys from the past and adults can show off their inner kid.

Items located here are the result of a constant search over more than 55 years, acquired in markets, flea markets and antique shops.
