Carr. Picacho-Ajusco Km. 1.5 s/n, Col. Héroes de Padierna. 14200
What this is. An official tourist information module at Six Flags México, on the southern edge of the city — free, staffed and selling nothing. It provides printed maps, public transport routes and verified information about opening hours and prices across the city.
Where it puts you. Six Flags sits on the Carretera Picacho-Ajusco, in Tlalpan, at the point where the city gives way to the pine forest of the Ajusco. It is the largest amusement park in Latin America and a full-day destination in its own right.
What to ask here. How to get back into the city centre, which is the question most visitors have at the end of the day: there is no Metro anywhere near, and the practical options are the park's own transport, a pre-booked taxi or an app, with Metro Universidad and Huipulco as the nearest stations. Ask also about the Ajusco and the Cumbres del Ajusco national park, which are a short drive further up and almost nobody combines with a day here.
Practical notes. Carretera Picacho-Ajusco, Tlalpan. The module follows the park's opening days, which vary by season — confirm before relying on it.
