The Parque de los Venados was constructed in the middle of the fifties. It was named after the deer (venados) sculptures that can be find in the site. I has a surface of 94,000 m2 that consists of 18 meadows divided by walking zones.
In the north area of the park you can find two fountains and the outdoor pueblo theater Hermanos Soler, which is, at the same time, the representation of the limit with the sporting zone. In the south you can find game zones, and in the center some mechanical games are settled. A few feets away from there you can find a bust honouring Pancho Villa.
