Reforma 500 is a contemporary restaurant, which specializes in Latin avant-garde cuisine in a sober and elegant atmosphere. The chef Édgar Kano designed exquisite meals such as ribs with Mexican pepperleaf and asparagus risotto flavored with chile guajillo; but there are also salads and soups, the famous roast duck magret or salmon covered in amaranth. This place is located in the elegant Four Seasons hotel of Mexico City, which has outdoor service with the beautiful view of the hotel's garden.
