This precinct exhibits costumes from diverse states of República Mexicana, besides diverse temporal exhibitions from different topics. It consists of three exhibition rooms, as well as one lobby where conferences, round tables, and editorial presentations and more cultural events are organized.
The visitor may also see different ouvres over canvas, ceramics, bronze, wood, recycled material among others. Before its opening in 2002, this place was a police barrack.
