Banamex Center is located in the West part of Ciudad de México; it is inside Complejo las Américas, it is also known for the Racetrack of the Americas (Hipódromo Las Americas) and Granja Las Américas.
Construction ended in 2002 by Canadian architect Michael Edmond. It is the only conventions center in the world located inside a complex with hippodrome, games rooms and playground.
There are 790 events average per year, with an assistance of approximately 2 million people.
