Av. 5 de Mayo #290, Col. San Lorenzo Tlaltenango (A unos pasos del metro Refinería Línea 7) 11210
This park was opened in 2010 as part of the celebrations of the Centenary of the Mexican Revolution and the Bicentennial of the War of Independence. In 1933, the land was a 174 hectare refinery that belonged to the El Águila company, and after oil expropriation it became state property.
The land was subject to restoration by the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources prior to its opening as a park. It is divided into five zones: Earth, Water, Wind, Sun and Nature, which represent the elements that the Aztecs believed formed the universe. There are recreation areas for biking, running, skateboarding, and learning in the Botanical Garden.
