The Museo de la Culturas: Pasión por Iztapalapa was inaugurated in 2012 with an interactive proposal of high quality, artistic and technological innovation, where visitors can recognise and locate their personal history and their neighboors in the land of Iztapalapa.

It is a social regeneration and  urban development cultural project for the neighbourhood, featuring the origins, syncretisms and dilemmas of a population that has endured migratory movements, social changes and even taboos.

More than an exhibition precinct, it is an education center for transformation and a place for social encounter, since it relives the past from Aztahuacan’s man to the foundation of Culhuacán village.
