Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas s/n, Col. Tlatelolco. 06900, The North
Its name comes from the architectural ensembles around the square. They come from three different historical moments: the pre-Hispanic era represented by the pyramids and ruins of the Tlatelolco people; the Spanish conquest represented by the convent of San Buenaventura, San Juan Capistrano and the Catholic church of Santiago; and the modern Mexico with Xipe Tótec, which was the building of International Relations until 2005. Also this was the place where student revolts in the 60s changed forever Mexican society.
