Following the road of one of the last rivers of Mexico City, Magdalena river, you can find the Magdalena Atlitic church. This temple was built in the XVIII century. It is divided in three, the altar has neoclassical style and you can find a Saint María Magdalena figure there. In 1966 a tower was added to the original construction, something that changed the original architecture. Saint María Magdalena has her celebration on july 22, so you can find a carnival, party and food for the inhabitants of the town.
