It is a mural that decorates plain sky and two walls of the stairs cube in the building of old customs house in Ciudad de México which locates in Plaza Santo Domingo.
It was designed in order to compare imperialist characters against Mexican heroes. It started in Secretaría de Educación Pública but money never came, so Siqueiros abandoned the mural in 1946.
