Carolo Carso

Carolo is a special restaurant as it employs people with disabilities. It was inspired by Carlos Gomez, a young man with Down syndrome, who trained for three years, and one of his skills is baking. With the support of his family, his skills were channeled in Carolo: a place to live, dream and create. With regard to the dishes, there are burgers with caramelized onion, “tiradito” (a Peruvian raw fish dish), and even pizzas.
