Dulcinea Polanco

Dulcinea Cocina Urbana is a concept created by chefs Lucy and Fabián Acuña. They serve avant-garde dishes with innovative recipes, taking into account the taste of fresh local products and ingredients. The menu consists mainly of seafood, and highlights include the tuna aguachile (fresh chilies, herbs and cucumbers) and octopus “tiradito” (a Peruvian raw fish dish), in addition to specials that change according to the season.
