Biko’s philosophy is to let diners explore all their senses through food. The chef is responsible for accomplishing that mission every time someone walks through the restaurant’s doors. Its signature Mexican-Basque fusion cuisine requires research, wisdom, and a hodgepodge of ingredients, so the restaurant’s proposal combines traditional and modern.

Biko’s menu is divided into two parts: “Evolución y El placer de la abundancia” (Evolution and The pleasure of abundance); and it also has tasting menu that is ideal for first time visitors, in addition to a high-quality wine cellar with unique world wines. According to the San Pellegrino list, Biko is one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, and it was also awarded the Best of the Best Gourmet Award in 2013.
