Cordon Bleu Casa de Francia is the result of the effort of three institutions (The French Embassy, La Fundación Turquois and Le Cordon Bleu) of prestige that came together to develop a gastronomic, cultural and educational project with France on mind.

Similarly, the restaurant contributes to the formation of future chefs and maîtres d'hotel, backed by the experience of the team of Le Cordon Bleu Internacional, based on a system of scholarships for vocation altraining. Among its offered service are sensory dinners, catering and special events, family brunch, and cocktail and wine courses.
