Saks Polanco

A restaurant that has been open since 1985. It promotes good karma, a philosophy that starts from what you eat. At Saks, the food is carefully selected from organic gardens, so they contain no fertilizers or pesticides. The chef’s suggestions range from a classic minestrone soup to Veracruz crab tacos with pickled onions and “salsa molcajeteada” (sauce prepared in a lava rock mortar). The terrace is a popular place to eat among diners.
