Carolo Bosques

Carolo and its concept was inspired by Carlos Gómez, a young man with Down Syndrome who has shown that skills do not interfere with your condition, after training some years he realized that the bakery would be his specialty, thus, with the support of his family, this restaurant was created, full of illusions, culinary delights and a chance to meet Gómez's skills.

Since 2007 this restaurant continues to receive all and sundry, with a menu wide in options for breakfast, lunch, wine and cocktails, which highlights the green lasagna with fontina cheese, the baked salmon on baked cedar accompanied by horseradish sauce, the Mediterranean pizza and many more.
