The chef Eduardo García deciphered the market's ceviche recipe, with which he managed to bring the flavor and freshness from the beach to one of the most important trading areas of the city.
The facade is reminiscent of a beach house, perhaps with a touch of the Hamptons, but the interior is looks sober, friendly and casual, with an open kitchen with tables and wooden bars.
Their wine cellar is good, and is accompanied with the splendor of fish and other meals rich in spices and scents.
