The building that houses this innovative dining experience dates back to 1797. A neoclassical style which was designed by Valencian architect Manuel Tolsá for Marquesa de Selva Nevada, who retreated to it voluntarily when the building was finished.

Today is the restaurant school of Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana where absolutely all the preparations are unique, from the bread to the dessert. The offer is contemporary Mexican cuisine.
