Tori Tori Themistocles

Tori Tori’s story began with the arrival of Dr. Katsumi Kumoto to Mexico City in 1966 who, with his vast knowledge of Japanese cuisine, began experimenting with traditional dishes to give a contemporary twist to sushi, rice dishes, soups and vegetables.

Its dishes include nigiri sushi cake, the spicy shake, the big sashimi, and mixed yakimeshi, accompanied by imported sake or other special beverages.
